Grading Principles and Scale

Dr. Stephen T. Chan

Grading is based strictly on merit, and neither quota nor curve is used in the calculation of scores. All grades will be quantified and the computation of scores will be distributed in various stages of the course so that students can measure their achievements and make extra effort to improve their performance.
