TEED 521

Unit Support Web Resources

Fall, 2000
Winter, 2001

Students in TEED 521, Elementary Curriculum, Assessment, and Instruction, prepare three instructional units for use during student teaching.   As supplements to these units, the students explore resources on the World Wide Web for their students' use during the unit or for their own use as they prepare the units.

To take a look at these web resources, select a unit below (e.g., "Social Studies Integrated Units").  Then, click on the title of a specific unit (e.g., "Storypath: Safari to Kenya").  You will be taken to the student's web resource page.  In some cases, you'll need to scroll through the page until you come to the specific unit.

The grade level for which the unit is planned is indicated in parentheses.  However, the web resources suggested for each unit would be of interest to teachers and students at a wide range of grade levels.  If you are planning a similar unit, we encourage you to explore the web resource even if you teach at a different grade level.
